Shanti Village Pure Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is a highly concentrated 35% solution - free from preservatives, stabilisers and additives of any kind. The concentrated formula means less packaging and better value per litre compared to pre-diluted solutions.


Dilution Guide (For 35% Strength)

Always add your hydrogen peroxide to distilled water (never pour water directly into raw concentrate). Use a clean glass dropper bottle for daily handling.


  • To make a 3% Solution: Mix 1 part 35% Hâ‚‚Oâ‚‚ with 11 parts distilled water.


Safety First & First Aid Guidelines


ALWAYS DILUTE BEFORE USE – NEVER USE FULL STRENGTH


It is highly recommended that you wear gloves, a mask, an apron, and eye protection when handling the raw concentrate. Use extreme care.


  • Skin Contact: Hydrogen Peroxide will cause a temporary stinging sensation and localized whitening if it contacts bare skin. Immediately flush the affected area with running water until the stinging stops. The skin will return to its completely normal color within an hour.

  • Spill Management: In case of an accidental spill, immediately dilute the area by pouring at least 10 times the volume of water over the liquid. Mop up the diluted solution with a sponge or towel, then rinse the fabric thoroughly.

  • Fabric Care: High-strength peroxide will bleach dark fabrics. If contact occurs, rinse the clothing in clean water immediately for several minutes

  • Keep it out of reach of children. This applies to both the concentrate and any diluted solutions.
  • Never mix it with other cleaning products. Particularly anything containing ammonia, vinegar, or bleach. Hydrogen peroxide on its own is clean and safe. Mixed with other chemicals, the reactions can be unpredictable.
  • Avoid contact with metal surfaces, particularly aluminium and copper. The oxidation reaction is dramatic.

  • Use dark glass or HDPE plastic for storage. Avoid metal lids and containers entirely.
