Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

No Wellbeing Marketplace employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
Force Majeure
Wellbeing Marketplace shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wellbeing Marketplace, and Wellbeing Marketplace shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Prices are valid and effective only in AU dollars. We attempt to ensure the currency and accuracy of all product information. However, prices are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant the currency or accuracy of Site information regarding product price and availability. We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the Site. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitors display will be accurate.

You can either use the shopping-card provided or call us with your order over the phone.
Or you can send your order with a Money-order or cheque.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Public holidays and other dates advertised on the Wellbeing Marketplace Website from time to time.
Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
Visa and Master Cards are accepted.
You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
Cheques might delay processing of your order while payment clears.
Wellbeing Marketplace purchases include Tax unless otherwise stated on a Product listing.
Wellbeing Marketplace reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Wellbeing Marketplace at any time
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
Orders will generally be dispatched the next business day after ordering. Eg. if you place your order on a Friday we will ship it on Monday. All orders receive a tracking number.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided (generally 1-7 business days), estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. Some products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those items might take up to 14 days to arrive.
If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, Australia Post will leave a card so you can pick-up your e-parcel from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by a courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
Returns / Replacements / Refunds:
All products carry a limited 30 day money back guarantee. Returns are not excepted after 30 days due to nature of the product and considering environmental factors of storage once the item is received by the customer. Returns are excepted within 30 days only if the item purchased is damaged or faulty. Returns are not excepted due to change of mind. Except for Travel Douches and other hygiene items which can only be replaced if faulty within the first 30 days of purchase.
The Product must be returned unopened no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product. Please be sure to carefully package returned goods sent back to us in the post, items that are returned damaged cannot be refunded.
Wellbeing Marketplace will give high priority to correct any order that was found to be either incorrect or missing from your order. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. All claims relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered.
If for any reason a product needs to be returned a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required for both replacement products and refunds.
Products can not be returned without a RAN.
A replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product. The delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original Product. Replacement Products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the returned Product.
We are unable to accept open items due to the nature of our products. Refunds will be issued via original way of payment used to purchase usually within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return to our facility.
These Terms and Conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of Products by Wellbeing Marketplace and there are no warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated in these Terms and Condition. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning our Products which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in these Terms and Conditions by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose) is hereby expressly excluded.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Credit Card Fraud
Whilst Wellbeing Marketplace employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Wellbeing Marketplace will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
